I don’t think so either, but to be honest, there’s no telling
what Putin would have done. He doesn’t seem to give a rat’s
ass about his people, his troops, his generals, the respect
of his current military forces from other nations around the
world.
His own generals are popping off against him.
There seems to be some second-guessing by his military
leaders and troops inside the Ukraine.
A vast majority of nations thinks he’s out of bounds here.
Using that poor judgement, who knows. I certainly don’t
think Biden or the Harris visit to the region helped.
