Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky lashed NATO on Friday for ruling out a no-fly zone over his country saying the Western military alliance knew further Russian aggression was likely.
Earlier Friday, NATO rejected Ukraine’s request to impose a no-fly zone to halt Russia’s bombing, but Western allies did warn President Vladimir Putin of fresh sanctions if he does not stop the war.
“Knowing that new strikes and casualties are inevitable, NATO deliberately decided not to close the sky over Ukraine,” Zelensky said in a video published by the presidency.
“We believe that the NATO countries themselves have created a narrative that the closing of the skies over Ukraine would provoke direct Russian aggression against NATO.”

Every Nato Leader knows creating a no fly zone is a declaration of war against Russia and will implicate every Nato country - Zelensky needs to stop gripping because Nato has refused this. It is important to contain the war to Ukraine.
Zelensky’s all puffed up as Ukraines hero and clearly not aware of NATO”S rules on the world stage regarding war involvement. Those propping him up either mislead Zelensky or outright lied about Nato coming to Ukraines rescue other than what they’ve already provided.

I think you’re right but Zelensky is no idiot. He’s a criminal and a con-man. Ukraine is a money-laundering and human-trafficking operation with a complicated country attached. Zelensky was installed to keep the money and the bodies flowing through the proper channels. The military buildup was part of the grift. Putin knew UKR would eventually become too powerful and too connected to the American-globalist cartel to control so he acted while he still could. He saw his other choice as eventually having American tactical nukes stationed less than 300 miles from Moscow.
