Haha I avoided cooking and cleaning dirty dishes and eating way better food than you did during 4 cruises since September 2021. If you have no vaccination document you are are not allowed. Those vaccines are a bif nothing burger for adverse effects. I had zero side effects 13 months since the first jab.

My anti-dote for the clot shot is daily treadmill and weight machine. That is the MAIN reason I have no health problems, have outlived all males preceding me in my family, and hoping to post another exercise video on 100th birthday God willing. Why no doctor ever told me how beneficial daily exercise is???

If you call that ‘way better’ food than other FReepers were having....then, that is telling. Btw....the dishes that stuff was served on....looked like they needed cleaning....not just a quick rinsing.

I lost my mother to the clotshot last year. My close friend’s sister went blind from it last year too. I am glad for the ones who didn’t get hurt. But there are true stories everywhere of “REAL, not rare” after effects.
The DAILY exercise is not mainly for the clot-shot (actually I had no clots whatsoever from it) the exercise is to stay healthy. I have not needed a single prescription since I began that daily routine. Not only that I have no pain issues, no balance issues, no hearing issues, the eye doctor told me my retina was flawless for my age, and I remain in good shape instead of getting fat like most older people. No colds, no flu, for 15 years. I hope I never quit this daily exercise routine.

I’ve see a couple of papers suggesting that some of the adverse events may be due to improper administration of a vaxx, subcutaneous rather than intermuscular. Considering who we’ve had giving CoupFlu shots, turns out that’s a serious issue.
