Everyone apparently is under the misimpression that we can’t have a nuclear war because everyone’s arenal is just all ICBM’s or something.
We can have a lot of nuclear war without every touching an ICBM.
The entire strategy for repelling an overwhelming Russian invasion of Germany was the use of tactical nuclear weapons for example.

Yes this war is already very costly for Russia in loss of currency value, shares of its leading companies in the toilet and 20% interest rates. Putin has to resolve this and fast.

Historically, its been all too easy to whip up war hysteria among Americans, who unfortunately have a limited memory and knowledge of history. Examples: Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, deceit cooked up by Robert McNamara and LBJ, passed 98-2 in the Senate, unanimous in the House. Bush’s Iraq War, all based on lies, passed the Senate by 76-23. When things turned sour, support dwindled to a minority and many of the Senators who had voted for these resolutions disclaimed them. I remember Walter Mondale being a war hawk supporter of LBJ; on Jan. 20, 1969, he did a 180 when Nixon was inaugurated. And the troops and their families got left holding the bag with no prosecutions for the liars. Don’t think it won’t happen again.

NATO leader said today....NO to a no fly zone because if they do that it’s a declaration of war between NATO and Russia and would mean further deaths and destruction for other Nato states....and they will not do that.
