I feel like both sides “just want to watch the world burn”.
It sure seems that way. NATO countries in the east are supplying weapons. What if Russia warned that shipments of weapons would be targeted? What if the Russians destroy the trucks carrying those weapons? What if the drivers were from NATO countries? What if there really were weapons on the RMS Lusitania (there were)?
