Here we go again. Out the gate with stamina & decisive, pointed rhetoric and then he goes down the toilet by shifting responsibility to an empty head and taking the anti-Putin gambit.
He’s complaining about a lousy $18 billion re Yellen and Buttigieg is sitting a LOT more to grease palms pursuant to the next election.
Clearly nobody we see is in charge (all behind the scenes, ‘deep state’).

Kennedy was on the mark as usual but I was a bit dismayed to hear him tell how concerned he is about CO² emissions.
Never forget that at his core, this man IS a liberal.
