Weekly report from Friday, 25 Feb:

Cases: Down 37.7%

New Hospitalizations: Down 29.9%

Deaths: Down 18.8%

Variants: About 100% of new cases are Omicron. The sub-variant BA.2 is around 3.8% of those - hardly growing for the third week.

Cases numbers continue their strong drop - down over 90% from the peak of the Omicron wave. The curve is declining a bit less rapidly as it tails out, but still pretty steep - it essentially looks like we are heading to very low levels soon, rather than just a lower plateau like the UK did.

Over 3/4 of the population of the USA is believed to have been exposed to just the Omicron strain. Almost half had had COVID before Omicron. 3/4 of adults are fully vaccinated. Those groups will overlap somewhat, but when you add them all up, it looks like herd immunity is here.

The State of the Union Address tonight will probably declare victory over COVID, and encourage dropping some restrictions, like masks.

The BA.2 sub-variant of Omicron is looking like a non-issue in the USA - hardly growing its proportion for three weeks, as the total number of new cases declines pretty rapidly.

Santa Clara County extended its mask mandate, but the store employees and shop keepers have pretty much quit harassing me when I walk in without a mask. There has been a big change in harassment levels the past two weeks. But 99% of people are still happily complying and I still see people on the trails, in their cars, and on sidewalks all fully masked up.

Just before every cold & flu season, they start banging the drum and putting out scary public services messages for a faux flu menace du jour-they will just add a Wuhan vaxx-and two or three boosters-to it next time-after all the ineffective-and potentially dangerous-non-vaxxes we have seen in the last 1 1/2 years, I’m sure any sensible person is taking supplements, getting rid of any extra pounds and eating healthy fresh food to keep a good immune system-and will avoid the Wuhan vaxxes in future-I can’t take even a common flu shot without getting into anaphylactic shock-but if I could, I would still avoid any Wuhan shots-no real benefits, too much risk, not enough research, etc-not good odds/returns...

The mortality rate of this “pandemic” from official sources and be an official equation is: ( 952,224 / 332,537,320 ) x 100 = 0.286 percent of the population AFTER two years’ time.

So the percentage of people alive in the last two years of the “deadly” pandemic is 100% minus the mortality rate -- 0.286 percent. Or 99.714 percent survivable.

So what have been all the screaming and yelling and headlines and politics and masking and lockdowns and mandates about Politics. Over a “virus” which 99.714 percent of people SURVIVED.

And now since it's two years and more, one can calculate ALL THE DEAD under Trump and ALL THE DEAD under Biden, to learn factually that more people died after Biden was elected. Therefore the “politics” of the CDC had to change. And it is. To shield Biden.

Note that the definition of mortality rate from the Cambridge Dictionary above included the sentence, “Most sources claim that the mortality rate of the virus is around 2-4%.” The WHO forecast in March of 2020 it would be 3.4 percent.

What does the mortality rate ending up being (using the official sources) but a whopping 0.286 percent. Given that in a population about one percent die each year, and given that deaths from the flu and other respiratory ills were all labeled “Covid,” 0.286 percent OVER TWO YEARS is a very small number.

All the CDC has got now is claptrap, dressed up in graphs and charts and assertions. All the above including the calculations can be replicated. The CDC has been lying. The WHO has been lying. The NIH has been lying. And the media have been screaming. Now it's time for them to tamp down the hysteria. Because Biden. That's it.

You might not be done, but I certainly am-survived a mild case of the Wuhan early on using homeopathic remedy-masked up twice or so in the one store within 25 miles that insisted on it, haven’t done any of that in well over a year-no vaxx, no boosters-out here our businesses have been open and we have been done with this s*** for over a year and will not be going back there...
