Russian President Vladimir Putin's chief security adviser has said Moscow has "good reason to believe" the U.S. is developing biological weapons along the borders of Russia and China.
Nikolai Patrushev, who is the secretary of Russia's Security Council, made the comments during an interview with the newspaper Kommersant, in which journalist Elena Chernenko asked him about claims that China had "deliberately caused" the coronavirus pandemic.
Defending Beijing, Patrushev replied: "I suggest that you look at how more and more biological laboratories under U.S. control are growing considerably in the world and by a strange coincidence, mainly by the Russian and Chinese borders."

Biosafety level 4 (BSL-4) is the highest level of biosafety precautions, and is appropriate for work with agents that could easily be aerosol-transmitted within the laboratory and cause severe to fatal disease in humans for which there are no available vaccines or treatments.

Maybe nothing, but any agreements or dealings with Ukraine is under suspicion. Ukraine in the finance world is well known to be the Financial Capitol for money laundering and corruption. Burisma, Hunter and the big guy corruption is just a tiny sliver of the corruption in Ukraine.
I imagine the SWIFT worldwide financial system, which has been controlled solely by the US is busy deleting all it’s Ukrainian banking files. For some unknown reason, Senile Joe refused to cut Russia off from the SWIFT system. Something stinks.
Reasons: Slow Joe has been buying Russian oil ( 5-600,000) barrels of oil each week since he killed our energy industry. Something stinks.
Russia and China have already developed an alternate joint venture SWIFT program, which industry “ experts” warn can dethrone the USD.
Removing nations from the SWIFT system destroys the US ability to track all global money flows. Again, something stinks.

Your local doctors office deals with some of these when taking throat cultures or blood samples.

Wuhan was illegally funded by Mr. Fauxi using U.S. taxpayer dollars. While they may have been staffed with Chinese (and other nationality) employees, they were run by the U.S.
At least they aren’t spreading the “disinformation” that CV-19 was developed in a lab in Wuhan.

But, as usual, the US tends to violate its own policies when it suits them. Bio and chem is illegal to use. The 1925 Geneva Protocol prohibits the use of chemical and biological weapons in war. The Protocol was drawn up and signed at a conference which was held in Geneva under the auspices of the League of Nations from 4 May to 17 June 1925, and it entered into force on 8 February 1928.
But, then again, Iraq, Iran, Syria and Russia are members also. Bug, uh, big deal.
