2. Craps all over the 1st amendment
3. Makes a mockery of the scientific method
4. uses group think to enforce the state approved message regardless of any truths.

Science in California -- as in most other Democrat/Communist/Left-occupied areas -- has been redefined to mean "political" science ... just as the term "vaccine" has been redefined to serve a political narrative.

... And millions of ignorant, unwise people believe these redefinitions ... especially if they are "educated."

I guess he has not got the memo - supporting COVID is over. It is a losing political position.

The far left “democracy” lovers take another swipe at the First Amendment. Freedom hating, commie scumbags.

Senator Dr. Richard Pan and Assemblymember Evan Low introduced Senate Bill 1018 and Assembly Bill 2098 to combat the spread of dangerous COVID-19 misinformation and protect public health. SB 1018, introduced by Senator Dr. Richard Pan, requires online platforms utilizing algorithms to publically [sic] report how product features interact with datasets used by algorithms to score or rank content, and requires disclosure of data for legitimate research purposes.

Will this also apply to all of the global warming BS being posted on line?

Of course not as theological beliefs (such as the secular religion of "climate change") are not held, properly so, to scientific principles.

None of this is has anything of course to do with science; rather, it is all about motivation ... political and personal motivations. Cheers!

I fervently share your prayer. But something will need to be done with CA’s massive voter fraud machine first.

The First Amendment regulates ONLY the Federal government's relationship to political speech. It permits criticism of the government.

This new law is the suppression of intellectual discourse. It most ways, this is worse. We can now enjoy most the benefits of the Dark Ages.
