The bill has exemptions the federal government and entities “employing health care professionals for the purpose of providing health care services,” but applies to all other Idaho employers of any size. Violations would be misdemeanors punishable by fines of up to $1,000.
HB 581, now moves to senators for consideration.
Good for Idaho.
Proof there are at least 39 people with both brains and spines in Idaho!
Vague headline and can’t pull up the article. Is this forcing employers to Vax employees or forbidding them to demand vaxing.
They also need to make the employer strictly liable for any harm or damage the employee may experience, now or in the future.
And don’t exempt medical providers on that part.
Why exempt health care providers? Do we like big Healthcare replacing unvaxxed nurses with imported foriegn health care workers?
whoops
Wow, this is THE BEST APPROACH I’ve seen for handling the mandates problem.
Props to Idaho!
“Why exempt health care providers?”

Isn’t it heartening to see resistance to the Covid hoax building?
There is “Idaho Press” as part of the headlines.

Headline looks clear enough to me. And the article was easy enough to pull up.
