A problem is the large intestine is made for pushing waste material out of the body and is thin in order to transfer liquid in both directions. It was not made to have hard materials pushed the other direction and easily tears. Doing so creates unhealthy conditions for the one with the damage to the intestine regardless of whether a condom is used.
