If Americans only knew of the evil that can be fabricated from what any teen age boy can buy at an innocent appearing Harbor Freight they would demand immediate action. Not only does Harbor Freight sell drill presses, they sell hammers. And a felon can easily use a hammer to forge a shiv from a hacksaw blade, also available at harbor freight.
