Heck, fox News describes Bruce Jenner as she. They are too scared of being “politically Incorrect to use the correct pronouns. They don’t report the news in an objective manner, they report whatever the ,eft tells them to report, and how to,report it. That is very clear.

He was a “he” back when the incident occurred. Now, I guess it’s a “she.” If that is what the person’s legal status is, who is the reporter to declare otherwise? The real story here is the DA’s handiwork.
