Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., called to "destroy the ruble and crush the Russian oil and gas sector" in response to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s aggression in Ukraine.
Graham made the call in a tweet thread posted after Putin's national address in which he recognized the independence of the separatist Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic areas of Ukraine.
"When it comes to thugs like Putin disrupting world order and destroying democracies – enough is enough," Graham wrote.
RUSSIA-UKRAINE: PUTIN TO RECOGNIZE INDEPENDENCE OF UKRAINIAN BREAKAWAY REGIONS: LIVE UPDATES
"Putin’s decision to declare eastern Donetsk and Luhansk as independent regions within Ukraine is both a violation of the Minsk Agreements and a declaration of war against the people of Ukraine," the Republican from South Carolina continued.

Yeah, butt, he’s been spanked pretty good.
.
Wow he sure loves to kill soldiers.
I’m no fan of Putin, but I’d rather invade Mexico to secure our border or Canada to defend democracy.
So long as someone else is doing the fighting and dying.
NATO wants Ukraine to complete its encirclement of Russia and choke its access to the Black Sea, and Moscow recognizes this as an existential threat. If we persist, Russia will have no choice but to fight, and will use every weapon at its disposal to defend a border that is only 300 miles from Moscow. We should never start a fight that isn't worth losing, because victory is seldom easy and never assured. Russia's only military advantage is nuclear.
It’s not just Graham. A lot of people seem to want a shooting conflict.
Spot. On.
Thanks.
I nominate Commander Grahamesty to go over there and get the job done. He can take the Biden/Milley woke squad with him.
McCain and Graham were in Ukraine on Dec 30, 2016. They were undermine President elect Trump’s foreign policy three weeks before he took office.
President Petro Poroshenko had a meeting with the delegation of the U.S. Senate headed by Senator John McCain. The delegation included Senators Lindsey Graham and Amy Klobuchar. The President awarded Senator John McCain with the Order of Freedom and presented the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise to Senator Lindsey Graham for their significant personal contribution to the enhancement of relations between Ukraine and USA.
The Head of State emphasized the importance of traditional bipartisan support for Ukraine in the U.S. Congress and noted that the delegation included representatives of both parties. This confirms that such support will further remain in the struggle against the aggression of Russia, preservation of sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine.
“It is crucially important that our people, Parliament, Government stand side-by-side with the American people in this struggle. We feel this reliable support and assistance. This is extremely important in such difficult days for my country,” the President said.
The parties noted the importance of continuing efforts to ensure the fulfillment of Russia’s commitments under the Minsk agreements and maintain the policy of international sanctions against Russia until full restoration of sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, including Crimea.
The President offered Senators to visit Donbas and get objective information about subversive actions of the Russian party and its militants that continue provocations and violate the ceasefire regime.
Petro Poroshenko noted the importance of adopting the law on the support for stability and democracy in Ukraine by the U.S. Congress, which would be an important decision in the interests of solidarity and unity with our country.
The Head of State also said that Ukraine was fighting not only for its independence. “We are fighting for freedom, values, democracy and defend them in the center of Europe in the XXI century,” he stressed.
The President informed the U.S. Senators on the course of reforms in Ukraine and emphasized the important role of the U.S. in that process.
In his turn, Senator John McCain confirmed his determination to assist Ukraine in its struggle against the aggression of Russia.
What aggression?
What are you injecting?
“Biden is too busy crushing the American oil and gas sector than to crush Russia’s”
Unfortunately, very true.
NAM.
Right out of the Luciferian file.
Not biting lindy...
Well let’s just say the elites don’t care about our own border but they are willing to send our children off to fight in a war that is essentially a foreign borders and a territorial dispute.
The hypocrisy is large here. And very dangerous.
A question.
American politicians want to sanction Putin for “agression” but what aggression are they talking about?

An answer
Destroying over 100 miles of European border and murdering more than 10,000. Including 80 children on the Malaysian airliner.
Busy man, that Putin, but the good senator seems worked up over something more recent.
Don’t get me wrong. Any place with “People’s Republic” in its name deserves every bomb that gets dropped on it.
Recognizing these “People’s Republics” as new nations is not aggression. It is diplomacy.
But ‘he’s’ our GOPe.

See link(s). Russia promised to respect Ukraine’s territorial integrity, with those established borders, in 1994.
Today (and in 2014) they have violated that promise. I call that aggression.
Maybe he’s having a seance with McC?
Graham doesn’t get it- we won’t be fooled again...
