Sadly it seems thaymthere are a sizeable number of people in Canada that love being ,order over and who will attzck anyone who doesn’t feel,the same. One woman had to,shut her business down because she was getting so many death threats and vandalism at her business jusy because she sent money to,the truckers, and someone found out. She said the reaction was,immediate, and numerous.
Then New York State under emergency law tried to pass the same kind of regulation. They will not stop coming at us.
Good luck upstate and on Staten Island with that.
When my better half had COVID, they sent someone to our door.
To our #$#$ing door.
I can’t repeat what I said at the door but I felt kind of bad afterwards. It was just some kid trying to make a buck.
Maybe she believed in the insane cause or maybe she didn’t.
I dunno.
They called a few times too. We just hung up.
Theymwere likely,trying to,find out who your better half had contact with so,thay they could show up at their doors too and harrass them- all over a virus that is over 99% survivable.
They will not stop coming at us.

I think it could set off Quebec independence. Not immediately but perhaps in the future. Québécois who were neutral before could start to feel the federal government is no longer so benign

This is one thing imho Naomi Wolf sees clearly. Other things, not so much, and I would argue her worldview over the last 30 years has helped create what we’re seeing.
Furthermore, it is ordained that one shall not look upon, touch or turn one's back on said leader should one be within sight distance of same. If incarcerated at Ellesmere Island, one will only be permitted outdoors of any facility at any time if dressed ONLY in one's underwear briefs (male), panties (female), both (if transgender) or a towel wrap if undecided along with one pair of socks on the feet.
A probationary hearing will only be granted after 10 years of incarceration should the individual desiring probation survives an attempt to pin a flyer which reads "I love Kim Jong Un." anywhere on the body of an adult polar bear which is still alive. At the whim of Justin Trudeau, more conditions may be added at a future date.
I’m glad you brought that up. Without looking it up, my first thought was, “Gee, we’re in trouble if Naomi Wolf is on our side.”

A large part of the republicans are probably in favor of it. I think they’ll take over congress but I doubt much will change.
The reason they're not barking about it is because it was one of the biggest grievances embedded in the new US Constitution after the victory in the Revolutionary War.

“We are going to end this pandemic by proceeding with the vaccination,” said Trudeau. “We all know people who are deciding whether or not they are willing to get vaccinated, and we will do our very best to try to convince them. However, there is still a part of the population (that) is fiercely against it.
“They don’t believe in science/progress and are very often misogynistic and racist. It’s a very small group of people, but that doesn’t shy away from the fact that they take up some space.
“This leads us, as a leader and as a country, to make a choice: Do we tolerate these people?”
While more extreme than some of his previous comments, this is not new for Trudeau. He has long fostered division by blaming lockdowns, restrictions and postponed surgeries solely on unvaccinated people.
He will often add that vaccinated people are very angry – and with good cause. This phenomenon is not particular to Canada. Other countries around the world, including our neighbours to the south, have a similar experience with their leaders.

What if there were a fire in a liberal democracy scorching human rights and civil liberties? What if that fire was in several liberal democracies and spreading fast? The people are loudly screaming “fire!,” but their leaders are curiously silent.
The implementation of emergency war powers in Canada to suspend rights is either a temporary overreach of power or a blatant authoritarian shape-shift to crush political dissent, seize assets, and implement martial law on completely fabricated charges.
The majority of people in the U.S. and Canada are seeing the totalitarian shape-shift and loudly screaming “fire!” but there are no Western leaders rushing with an extinguisher, nor even any acknowledgement of what is happening.(Excerpt) more @ americanthinker.com..
