Competent police would have no trouble identifying and arresting these criminals. The fact is that politicians who control the police in British Columbia sympathize with these criminals who are their supporters and don’t want them arrested or held accountable.

Has Trudeau sent a message of support yet for the attackers?

RMCP are just monitors? Why no real security? Was this job action or environmentalists?

Canada’s parliament is taking a weeklong vacay so do not look to anyone to address this terrorism.
Are all the elected officials spineless or just bought and paid for?

If I’m not mistaken, Castreau’s declaration of emergency has to be validated within seven days by Parliament. Maybe is this a back-door rejection of his emergency edict?

When are the truckers and supporters going to do this?
To: artichokegrower
Vancouver is just a couple hours up the road from Seattle, but no mention of this on the Seattle Times website. They do have their daily anti-Trump article, however. I'm serious - EVERY time I check their website, there is at least one anti-Trump article, sometimes two or even three.
They also have one of those articles in which "some say" that Republican support for the truckers embodies a "racist double-standard" because they opposed the BLM demonstrations. Well, Seattle Times, the convoy is peaceful, whereas the BLM riots caused $1-2 billion in damage and injured more than 2,000 police officers.

Good thinking.
I do not know. Any Canadians versed in Parliamentary procedure care to comment?

What power does Parliament have? See what’s happening on the ground. Parliament can’t do squat about it.
And as far as their sentiment, for what their sentiment is worth, silence is approval.
And as far as the tidy legalities go, well the sissies in the courts will wring their hands afterwards.
