Attorneys for Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann filed a motion Thursday to dismiss the case against him in Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation, claiming a case of "extraordinary prosecutorial overreach."
"Defendant Michael A. Sussmann, by and through undersigned counsel and pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 12(b)(3)(B), respectfully moves this Court to dismiss the Indictment because the single count therein "fail[s] to state an offense,’" the filing reads.

The Left -
Durham : Prosecutorial overreach.
Mueller: American Patriot.
Of course they did. In DC am sure, odds are way in their favor to find a more than willing lieberal judge who could care less about the law and will readily toss it out for the cause.
The Clinton’s are corrupt, but that does not necessarily mean the Durham investigation is being done well. Want to hear the analysis of a good lawyer before forming an opinion on Durham report.
Why are people calling Durham's official court filings a "report"? Am I missing something here?
There aren’t enough trees.
I believe the motion fails as Durham has charged the idiot with lying to a Federal officer and outlined the lie, but who knows???? On the other hand this opens the floodgates for Durham to publicly disclose more facts that he has held back or to include more charges. It certainly implies that there are no plea agreement talks.
Durham : Prosecutorial overreach.
Mueller: American Patriot.
Epstein: Suicide
Translation = “I need to be in witness protection”.
Judicial Watch’s Oct 13, 2021, Georgia Open Records Act obtained records of communication from South African Rodney Joffe..........Joffe, retired this month from Neustar, another information services company.
A cybersecurity firm at the center of Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe was paid nearly $20,000 by The Biden campaign.
<><>The Biden campaign paid Neustar Information Services in 2020 for accounting and compliance work, according to Federal Election Commission records.
<><>According to Durham, Neustar’s chief technology officer, Rodney Joffe, accessed sensitive web traffic data that the company maintained on behalf of the White House executive office to collect “derogatory” information about Donald Trump.
The South African Joffe allegedly provided the information to Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann, who in turn gave it to the CIA during a meeting in February 2017. Durham charged Sussmann in September with lying to the FBI about his investigation of Trump.
That raises the question: was the same action going on against Trump in 2020?
The Biden and Clinton campaigns are the only two presidential committees to have ever paid Neustar, according to Federal Election Commission records.
<><>Biden’s campaign paid Neustar $18,819 on Sept. 29, 2020, the records show.
<><>The Clinton campaign paid the firm $3,000 in May 2015 for mobile phone services.
<><> Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee paid $3,000 to Neustar in 2017.
Neustar executives and staffers contributed $17,906 to Biden’s campaign, FEC records show.
Why? Because that is ALL we have received with the investigation of the dirty, rotten CRIMINAL ACTIVITY of the deep state crooks and traitors, REPORTS!!!
Durham’s motion to investigate potential conflicts of interest between Michael Sussman and his attorney, the law firm of Latham & Watkins’ core point:
<><>that Hillary’s campaign, acting through the Perkins Coie law firm, spied on Trump.
Bongino’s two main takeaways:
<><>Govt evidence will establish that among the Internet data Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited was domain name system (“DNS”) Internet traffic ....
<><>Internet traffic strongly implies that DNS info, sites accessed, isn’t the only info involved.
<><>Durham might show other Internet data that the Hillary camp exploited, such as emails or shared documents.
Plus....Bongino thinks the real bombshell is that Durham is warning Sussman that Latham & Watkins is a very dangerous law firm to have representing him.
Circle the wagon...fix is in?
Who would have thought it was this easy? All Trump’s lawyers had to do was dismiss the Mueller report and it would have all went away.
The courts are so corrupt that this may succeed.
How much less could the judge care about the law, a little or a lot?
Good catch......kudos.
This is Emmet Sullivan's Court.
I wonder if they will find a friendly leftist Judge to dismiss the charges?
Much ado about nothing. No prosecution, not ever - certainly not HC. With the Clinton crime family absorbing BLM and its missing $60 million, how soon will they absorb one or more Mexican cartels?
