Not fake...online systems were slow and down. Not the biggest story in the world but it seems likely that there was above average activity. Not unreasonable to assume the government announcing that they can freeze your assets without a warrant had something to do with that.

Yesterday the folks at TruNews urged all Canadians to withdraw their loonies from the banks before Trudeau & Co. confiscated it. Maybe they did just that and the banks panicked and shut things down.
so they haven’t passed this act yet but the banks are already setting it up to give Trudeau access to accounts , the hackers can’t wait to hack the government and empty Canadian’s accounts
