Okay folks, the Ukrainian leadership had more common sense
than our own. As if we didn’t see that coming.
I’m still not sure this is resolved, but I’m willing to
come to terms with it in a week or so.
This was pretty obvious about a week ago. All theater and the jackass in the Whitehouse will claim a victory.

Not to mention mocking and making ridiculous the foaming-at-the-mouth and frenzied up Free Republic neocons.
What these dumb bastards do not see is that Russia demonstrated to the world they can, in real terms, do whatever they want in states bordering Russia. And they can come back and take Ukraine whenever it pleases them.
And there’s not a damn thing anyone in the world can do about it.
It has always been thus. It will remain so.
What stopped this was the Ukraine signaling they were ‘thinking’ [willing] to forego becoming a NATO participant. Nothing else. IF they renege on that the situation will heat back up and like what just happened; NOTHING Biden will say or do matters one whit.
