My mom developed dementia during this whole Covid mess, I moved into her house to care for her, I have to say that over my entire life this was the most difficult task I have EVER HAD!! There was NO WAY I was going to put her in assisted care where no one could visit her AND being in a completely strange environment!! I honestly feel horrible for those families who found themselves in situations being kept from their loved ones who were in ill health!!!

My mother passed away 16 years from the ravages of Alzheimer's. Caring for her, especially in her final days, was very trying and sad. I'm so grateful she was home with us. My heart goes out to those families who had to endure this horrible situation.
