"I tend to think that Durham is a ducks-in-a-row kind of guy - he wouldn’t say or write anything that wasn’t 100% accurate."

I'm skeptical. Think of all the times the official report practically screamed, "This time we've got them. The Dim leaders and their henchmen are going to prison for using government spying to keep the opposition party out of power." So I'll reserve my joy for when I see people in prison.

But I would love to be proven wrong about Sessions. If people go to prison and Durham talks about some groundwork laid down by Sessions when he was AG to start linking together a large net to drag in lots of big fish, then I'll be first to apologize loudly for all the fussing I did at Sessions.

When investigations and prosecutions are done legally following all the rules they tend to take a bit longer than the Kangaroo Courts that the progressive communist democrats set up whenever and where ever they rule.

But in the case of Durham, he has a history of being one of the slowest moving prosecutors because he never takes a case to court that isn’t air tight, he is positive that everything he says he can prove, he can prove in court in front of a jury.

My Conspiracy theory tells me. It is taking so long to allow everybody to run out the clock on any statute of limitations.

But at the same time getting it all down as fact, on the record.

To allow all of the actors to cash in on book deals, movie rights and CNN commentator positions as “the Heroes that tried to take down the Evil Orange Hitler”.

Durham is up against the dirtiest bunch of power players in DC.

They have their fingers and strings on most of the bureaucracy in DC, the control the media (thus the complaint about Breitbart because the MSM does not cover the story), and sadly they have a lot of puppets on the bench.

They made movies about people like him in the past but I don’t think any faced a harder task against more evil foes.

The left plays for keeps.

I hope this is the case, even if its too late to correct the misdeeds of the 'election' or the impeachments.

Only because you pointed out his history, what famous prosecutions has Durham actually closed on and when was the last one? I understand he has the reputation, I just dont know details of his history before his appointment to this matter three (or was it four) years ago.

(Tech Executive-1’s employer, Internet Company-1, had come to access and maintain dedicated servers for the EOP as part of a sensitive arrangement whereby it provided DNS resolution services to the EOP. Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited this arrangement by mining the EOP’s DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump.)

Is this not, by itself, a crime?

It should be. It’s treason. This level of corruption is only possible with assistance from inside the government.

In effect, a “special” DNS (domain name server) was intercepting *all* network traffic out of the EOP (Executive Office of the President).

When I filed my income tax return online, I “consented” to the policy governed by my tax preparer about sharing certain information. Information was shared to my state, the federal government and the tax preparer. If it can be proven that Donald Trump didn’t “consent” that his information was to be shared by the Clinton campaign and his information did reach Clinton’s campaign, then Hillary Clinton is in legal trouble.

~~~
This is above my pay grade, but I thought DNS servers resolved domains to IPs. If it was only intercepting DNS requests, than it would be more like spying on where traffic was being routed, and not necessarily logging any of the actual packet data. No?
If I’m right, that is plenty bad enough as it is. I’m not minimizing. I was just wondering. I think that Spoofing DNS services isn’t necessarily the same thing as a proxy that can log all of the data.
Obviously Sussman is on credit with his lawyers and the Clinton effect could punch his ticket at any time. I suggest they insist on cash in advance since this matter is getting traction.
True dat... but it also kind of depends on the ‘jury pool’ and the ‘judge’.
The clintons had a lot of people sit in jail for them when they were (p)resident. Along with a number of unexplained, early passings.
I think he was actually appointed to look into the predication of the investigations into the Trump campaign in late 2018 or early 2019. It was all the other ones that sought to bury this stuff. I cannot remember names but one US Attorney from Utah was supposed to investigate, then there was a US Attorney I think from St. Louis, they did nothing and finally Barr appointed Durham.
There are surely some vague language somewhere in US code that could classify this as a crime, if pursued. It would without question be a violation of whatever services contract the company held at the time. But it may not be an “exploit” to use the exact term Durham’s filing used, nor may it even be an action that was directly taken against Trump or Presidential servers.
It appears these servers may have been owned by the company, that the Trump/POTUS servers just used to route traffic, and it may not have even been data, but just the routing addresses used. Sort of like seeing the address on a letter without actually seeing what’s actually inside the letter. Not making any excuses but it could be that nothing was actually exploited, and no data was exposed.
This is really small potatoes, compared to the actual spying that was being done by the FBI etc under the bogus FISA warrants, which is somehow still not being discussed.
