LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Louisville man facing multiple felony charges, accused of trying to kill a mayoral candidate, faced a judge Tuesday morning.
Quintez Brown, 21, was in 9 a.m. arraignment court to formally hear the charges against him, which are attempted murder and four counts of wanton endangerment.
His bond was raised to $100,000 full cash.
Police said he tried to kill democratic candidate Craig Greenberg on Monday morning at his campaign headquarters in Butchertown Market.

Callous remark. The victim is Jewish. The action was almost guaranteed to be antisemitic.
One thing, though. The perp fired four shots at close range. My observation is hood POC are really bad shots. My concern is that this will be used as an excuse for gun grabbing.

I cannot help but wonder why they only charged him with attempted murder and “wanton endangerment”, whatever t’ell that is.
I suspect Craig Greenberg is Jewish, so why not charge him with a hate crime, since hate crime is now a more serious crime than homicide in this country.

Per LMPD spokesperson Beth Ruoff, Louisville activist and journalist Quintez Brown has been charged in the Monday morning shooting that targeted Craig Greenberg, a Democratic candidate for Louisville mayor.
Brown’s bio on Twitter reads, “We have one scientific and correct solution, Pan-Africanism: the total liberation and unification of Africa under scientific socialism”
