How about respect for the people that put you in office? How about respecting your campaign promices? How about releasing your “scientific information” on covid.

Where was that respect and civility over the last two years? Now that the screw is turning against them, we need to be civil. How hypocritical them.

There are over 19,000 people named Karen in Colorado. There won’t be ‘civility’.

Gov. Polesmoker suddenly wants ‘civility’. Has he seen Denver lately?

“ My mask protects you...your mask protects me”
I have a very conservative friend (California conservative) who said a derivative of that to me during a conversation this past weekend. It was during a discussion because I refuse to get the gene therapy and he is on booster 37 or whatever. We have been friends since second grade and we are both in our mid sixties, but I have never come closer to ending that friendship than after that comment. But that is what this is all about, dividing people.

I have to say that at least this governor was better than other Democrat governors during this Chinese caused pandemic. And he has no problem being on Fox News which is more than I can say about many linguini spine Republicans.

“”There’s something more important than whether you wear a mask or not and that’s civility and respect,” he said. “And if you’re somebody who doesn’t like wearing masks respect those who do. If you’re somebody who likes wearing masks, please respect those who don’t.”
Gov. Polis has seen the light! Last year he was utterly uncivil to anyone who did not obey masking orders. His state agencies lifted the license of any business that did not comply. His public statements were downright nasty.
Polls are amazing, are they not? I guess Heidi Ganahl is doing better in his internal polls than we suspected.

Our pastor made the same decision awhile ago. He said it was terrible how masks, vaccines, etc. were dividing us. He had gone along with the state rules of masking. But, after a few courts had ruled that churches fell outside of the government rules he said you can wear or not wear one as you see fit. And that NO JUDGEMENTS should be made either way.
He said that if somebody came up to him with a mask on he would put his on, and vice-versa for unmasked people.
I went up to him afterwards. “Thanks - that’s a great way to do things. And I don’t know if it’s helpful, but I’ll still be wearing my mask and my wife will stop wearing hers - and we still love each other! And feel free not to wear a mask when we approach you!”

I happened to catch this interview this am on FNS. Polis is such a bad liar I don’t know he could of been elected to anything other than dog catcher.
While listening to an episode of The Dinesh D'Souza Podcast while at work, he was talking about Aristotle.
Dinesh was quoting him and used the word, "Polis."
I made a note of this on my phone and just now decided to look it up.
I found
this:The polis, or Greek city-state, according to Aristotle, is the highest form of political association. Only by being a citizen of a polis can a person fully pursue a life of good quality, which is the end goal of human existence. Because one can only achieve this goal through political association, Aristotle concludes that "man is a political animal." As well as defending private property and condemning capitalism, Aristotle notoriously regards the institution of slavery as necessary to the workings of society.I just found it interesting that this word and the name of our commie governor in Colorado are the same.

Rather than challenge the still-irrationally frightened, still-irretrieveably ignorant masker, I remind myself that even as dirty, as nasty, as unhealthy, as irrational as is masking, like any bad habit it takes strength, commitment and, especially, courage to break ... characteristics that are relatively rare ... especially in those poor frightened souls who need their mask because they think it actually works to protect them from the Fauci Flu ... it must ... it simply has to ... because an "expert" told me it does.
