Conservative Party interim leader Candice Bergen demanded an end to trucker-led “Freedom Convoy” protests blockading international borders on Thursday, urging anti-mandate demonstrations to end.
Her statement in the House of Commons appeared to be a dramatic shift from her initial support for the protests, which have lasted nearly two weeks in the national capital, Ottawa, but have begun to dispute Canada-U.S. supply chains through blockades along Canada’s southern border. Ambassador Bridge, the largest American-Canadian crossing, has come to an ongoing standstill this week as hundreds of trucks park themselves on and around it, inhibiting international traffic.

The very purpose for managed opposition, nothing more than a way to allow the powers a method of deceiving and controlling the unwashed masses, letting them believe someone supports them.
I fear for the Truckers, if they have the fortitude to continue it is likely lot of people will die, unfortunately this is where we are now in the world, nothing else will bring about the changes needed to free the average person.

RINOs in Canada are the same as in the US. Put a little pressure on them and they cave.
Exactly, money or blackmail. Also this may be unpopular but a woman in general will collapse much quicker under threat, especially to their family, than a man will.
Real men will risk it even if it is a false belief in their ability to protect their family, just how man and women differ.

That’s exactly the case. Major business groups on both sides of the border have publicly called for the re-opening of these border crossings. That’s the only reason why the “Conservative” nitwits north of the border have changed their tune.
I’m sure her namesake is proud of her.
