This was known during the election. Even more so now with his continued deterioration. He was never in control of decision-making and imo is presently incapable of complex thought.
Also, imo, the world is witnessing elder abuse against the sitting President of the US. Does his wife believe she is acting in his best interests? And, who IS in control?
