WASHINGTON >> One Navy SEAL candidate died and a second was in the hospital after falling ill just hours after they successfully completed the grueling Hell Week test that ends the first phase of assessment and selection for Navy commandos, the Navy said Saturday.
The Navy said both were rushed to the hospital in California. The Navy said neither one had experienced an accident or unusual incident during the five-and-a-half-day Hell Week.

One of those things that makes you say...hmmm?
... but died.
Yeah, then died. Hmmm...
Vaccine Shot
Was he vaxxed?
I know accidents happen during military training but has this ever happen before during SEAL training?
Some have theorized soccer players are dying in Europe because of exertion after the shots cause the heart problems to develop or something.
All are required to be jabbed aren’t they, or discharged?
Need more info, really. These guys are under medical supervision. It would seem abnormal symptoms of any sickness would be known. Autopsy is really the means to know what happened. I would expect that to happen.
If you think that water off Southern California is warm, think again.
We will never know, because they will never tell us.
“I know accidents happen during military training but has this ever happen before during SEAL training?”
Not a “...and then died.” Falling, drowned, getting shot in the back, have happened in team training but not a Hell Week graduate just falling flat. The articles explains several accidental deaths, but deaths are not common in BUD/S, especially two individuals going down.
Been in those waters. Born there, but I’ve spent most of my adult life in Colorado and the ice waters it has. You get used to icy waters. Stings, but manageable.
The Navy might not say, but I suspect the San Diego Coroner is doing an autopsy.
If they were vaxxed, there is no doubt what caused their deaths.
“All are required to be jabbed aren’t they, or discharged?”
You would think the Navy’s strict rules on getting jabbed means they were jabbed.
Myocarditis vaxx victims?
Both BUD/S candidates had completed Hell Week, which concludes the conditioning 1st phase. If the one who survived wants to finish training and eventually is cleared to do so, I wonder if he is permitted to enter directly into the diving 2nd phase with his class (quick recovery) or with the next class. Used to be the candidate had to start all over from day 1. Don’t know about now.
And if it’s the vax you really think they’d tell anyone?
I expect we’ll find out they were jabbed and died from it. It just isn’t expected that a Hell Week grad would then just die. Thousands of men have gone through that for decades without such results.
