While Ukraine hoaxer Alex Vindman may achieve an early victory in this case, he may soon deeply regret his decision to sue.
On Feb. 2, Alex Vindman, the driving force of the first impeachment of President Donald Trump, filed suit in a federal court in D.C. against Donald Trump Jr, the former president’s son; Rudy Giuliani, the president’s former personal attorney; Julia Hahn, the former special assistant to the president; and Daniel Scavino Jr, a Trump communications official.
Vindman’s lawsuit alleges the four defendants conspired to intimidate and retaliate against him, in violation of the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871. Here’s what you need to know about Wednesday’s lawsuit...

Everyone should take the time to read the full article. Bottom linecus thus POS will deeply regret doing this once discovery occurs. He will be exposed as a deceptive liar, the one who sourced the phony whistleblower.
I don't know about being made to assume room temperature.
However, it would be a crying shame, if he were to have shot himself, right between the eye's, or maybe, just behind an ear.
BINGO!!!! Is he even an AMERICAN CITIZEN!!
I'm sure there are more specific penalties for espionage and sabotage.
The reason for this law suit?
Simple.
Durham is breathing down Vindman’s neck.
Commie Vindman feels the heat of sedition hell punishment vreeping up his fat ass! So he sues in an ANTI TRUMP lefty judge court to vindicate his former illegal actions as dutiable.
I hope this slime ball does time.
And ICIG Atkinson was operating outside his jurisdiction. Jurisdiciton of Inspectors General is established by Congress. Nobody oin Congress objected to Atkinson being out of his lane.
It’s akin to a probate judge doing a murder trial. No jurisdiciton.
Operating out of jurisdiction has no remedy and no penalty. This is what we call “rule of law.”
Don’t let ICIG Atkinson off the hook. He was an essential aspect to getting this case to advance.
The government cannot be trusted to apply its own laws — not to ANY case, but especially not when a government worker or agent is the one doing the wrong thing.
The deep depression Vindman is about to experience next week is of grave concern for his safety.
This move by vindman seems I’ll advised. Particularly considering Jim Jordan will be the Intel chair in 11 mos and has some shif he wants to clean up.
PING save. Thanks for this collection of articles on this utter turd little crap weasel.
If this gets Schiff out— among others, all worth it.
From what I heard growing up in DC area, the Pentagon cycles people in and out of NSC regularly. Analysts spend a year or two, and then they are reassigned. So I'd like to know whether his expected tenure was cut short, or whether it was time for him to go anyway?
The press also makes it sound like he worked right in the White House, looking over the President's shoulder, but that's most probably not the case. The NSC is across the street in the vast Executive Office Building (EOB), part of a fenced compound containing also the WH and its acres of grounds. If I remember correctly from seeing it when I was younger, the EOB is four to six stories, with huge wings -- started out as the Dept of the Navy.
The media made it sound like they frogmarched Vindman out of the actual White House; when in fact, most the functionaries of the Exec branch work in the EOB and have their own entrance, with its own Secret Service/guard shack and what have you. Many of the Exec branch workers never see the POTUS, and may work on a separate floor in a separate wing from the office of the VPOTUS and never see him, either. So Trump wasn't lying when he said he had never heard of the guy (Vindman). And Vindman was most probably escorted out on the EOB sidewalk, not anywhere close to the WH front or back doors or the Oval Office.
Whatever is the case, he seems to think he is the only person in the U.S. who can advise the President about Ukraine. And he is quite obviously now in the Biden camp to protect their Ukrainian "interests." He's either totally corrupt, or an incredibly gullible tool. I'm disgusted.
Wow! Comrade Venkman really gets around.
Not any more.
I sincerely hope our side does not take the Epstein approach to this problem.
Yep. Too "big" to fail.
Bad move, Flounder. You won’t have Adam Schitt around to protect you from having to answer real questions.
I imagine he is gnashing because he blew his chance to be involved in the Biden Admin’s relations with Ukraine, where he fancied he could have strode onto the world stage with his unique language/culture/chutzpah skillz. But turns out he was just a “useful idiot” to the Democoup.
Damn, child; that’s hilarious!
You are correct, sir or ma'am!
