Former New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio is reportedly ready for Washington and a tilt at a U.S. House seat just weeks after he left his former post.
Both the New York Post and Politico cited people with insight into the former mayor’s thinking Wednesday, claiming de Blasio is eyeing a run in New York’s 11th Congressional District after redistricting expanded it to include Park Slope, where the aspiring Democrat Congressman lives

He has a track record of being awful.
He should have no problem getting the job.

Don't be so dismissive. He is running in a deep blue district and, by their standards, his views are not extreme. I believe he carried that district by 70-80% when he ran for mayor. He just may win in a congressional race.
And no, he will not replace AOC. Her district is in Queens and his is in Brooklyn.

Oh I have no doubt Warren Wilhelm may be just the guy that area would love. He got 66% of the vote in his mayoral run.

The arrogance of these people is enormous. They have an ego bigger than their IQ. They look in the mirror and see an emperor. We see an idiot.

NY has developed the most partisan gerrymandering of districts, after the 2020 census.
Some estimates are that NY alone would overcome all the Democratic Party loses in the rest of the Nation combined, as result of re-districting.
The Congressional District that he would run in, seems to be gerrymandered to take a seat away from a sitting Republican.
Looks like the fix is in, for Congresscritter DiCommio.

He should run for a Congre$$ional seat in Lower Slobbovia. That would be the only country that would be stupid enough to elect that POS.

Wrong, he has a good chance. The Brooklyn part of the district is almost unanimously Democrat.
Some people here act like Democrats have disappeared. They haven’t, and almost all of them are either happy with Biden or think he is too conservative.

NYC now has RCV, not just the enabled voting machines.
Deep State isn’t taking any chances.

If NYC is so reliably lib, why did Deep State feel the need to shove RCV down its throat?
