That aside, though, you have proved one thing beyoned all doubt:
Leftists are smarter than Conservatives.

The left knew it was a winning strategy to go full steam ahead doing something wrong, because they knew FAR more people would choose to just acquiesce to living with it even though it’s wrong than would choose to exert the significant effort required to fight the long fight that would be necessary get it all reversed, torn out and redone properly.

You out here arguing “what’s done is done” is a textbook manifestation of PRECISELY what Soros, et. al. were COUNTING on all along.

For the record, I was posting extensively here on FR from September through early December of 2020, explaining exactly what the legislature should be doing in any state where an executive branch official was changing the election rules. I was clear about it, and the U.S. Constitution gives plenty of latitude for legislatures to do such a thing. The Constitution doesn't even require any state to have a popular vote for President.

By the time mid-December of 2020 rolled around, it was clear that none of these legislatures had any interest in dealing with the fiasco of an election that had just taken place. Having the VP -- or all of Congress -- send the electoral vote certificates back to those states for "confirmation" after January 6th of 2021 was pointless. The legislatures didn't fix the problem when they had all the authority they needed to do so. What the hell would make anyone think they'd do it weeks later?
