So pathetic to watch the Unselect Committee of political hacks, liars, and traitors work so feverishly to alter the Electoral College Act so that a Vice President cannot ensure the honest results of the election, when just one year ago they said that “the Vice President has absolutely no right to ensure the true outcome or results of an election.”

In other words, they lied, and the Vice President did have this right or, more pointedly, could have sent the votes back to various legislators for reassessment after so much fraud and irregularities were found.

If it were sent back to the legislators, or if Nancy Pelosi, who is in charge of Capitol security, had taken my recommendation and substantially increased security, there would have been no “January 6” as we know it!

Therefore, the Unselect Committee should be investigating why Nancy Pelosi did such a poor job of overseeing security and why Mike Pence did not send back the votes for recertification or approval, in that it has now been shown that he clearly had the right to do so!

I once had the opportunity to call Mark Levin on his radio show and expose one of his on-air rants as a pile of bullsh!t. He had the misfortune to make some utterly false statements about U.S. tax law as it relates to foreign workers in the U.S., and I called him out on it.

I have news for you … Mark Levin may be a constitutional lawyer, but he’s not practicing law when he’s on the air. He’s a political hack playing to an audience, which means he’s more of a circus clown than a lawyer when you hear him on TV or the radio.

No state legislature, NOT EVEN ONE, recalled/repudiated the electors that were sent.

And no state legislature held a vote to do so...or a vote to delay the counting.

The President of the Senate shall, in the Presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the Certificates, and the Votes shall then be counted

And if the President of the Senate refuses to open the certificates?

No count. Very simple.

In 2020 it was a constitutional crisis whether or not the Vice President counted a fraudulent EC vote or refused to count it. The problem here is that deniers of the Big Fraud just want to accept that there is no constitutional crisis in accepting fraudulent EC votes.
