Premier Scott Moe is announcing the end to the proof of vaccination in Saskatchewan and Lloydminster will come February 28th.
In making his submissions, Moe indicated he is listening to the people of the province.
“People are asking their government for a return to normal. A removal of public health restrictions and we most certainly are looking at how we can do that in the weeks ahead here in Saskatchewan. And now I think in fairness, it is time for us as a government to do what Saskatchewan people are asking for.”
While the public health order is set to expire at the end of the month, Moe added the vaccination policy will be removed sometime in February.
As it stands residents are required to show proof that they have been double vaxxed to enter restaurants, bars and other businesses, or supply a negative COVID-19 test.
The truckers are on a roll.

IOW, the truckers will be there for at least a month.
If they take his word for it, he will only back out. They need to hold on until it is really in effect.
And there is no reason to not do it now. Why wait a month? Is he thinking he will wear the truckers down?

But this is the second Canadian domino to fall. Another province (and I’m sorry I can’t remember which one) is also ending restrictions.
You sure about that? With Ford, it’s always tomorrow, tomorrow you’re only a day a way.
At least this has moved my eldest son politically to the point that he no longer trusts politicians—pretty good for 17, esp. given other circumstances.
Playing for time, that’s all. Move your trucks now and you can trust us to uphold our end of the bargain later.

They are lying. If they were serious the lockdowns would be ended immediately. They’re hoping to calm people down by taking a step back and, the moment our guard is down, they will take two steps forward to abuse us again.
