Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said on Thursday that President Biden must not allow the radical left to control the pending Supreme Court nomination.
After Biden announced Justice Stephen Breyer would leave the Court and a replacement would be nominated before the end of February, McConnell released a statement warning Biden to not “outsource” the nomination to the radical left.

Ironically, if any private business tried doing something like this (especially for a white male), then they would be in complete and unquestioned violation of a wide variety of federal anti-racism statutes. All I have heard is “The White House announced that Stephen Breier will resign at the end of the term.” If I were sitting on the SC and the White House blew up my plans for retirement, I would be seriously pissed.
