The school has a large array of socio-economic levels. It isn’t close to Norbeck or Manor Country club. Does the school have some upper middle students? Yes. It also has “government assisted” housing residents.

I get your point—anyone can be anywhere these days—but there are few apartments or lower-cost areas that could house Section 8s around there. And he’s a “Jr.” Could have been a white kid doing the shooting.
