Maybe. More likely someone will take her case for a percentage of any settlement. That said, 'justice' is not something you can depend on. It's more likely to get a settlement from spilling hot coffee on yourself than something like this - though this is a 1000 x more deserving.
Maybe her best bet is to fly United as a paying customer and then have a “slip and fall” incident at the ticket counter that will have every ambulance-chasing lawyer ringing her phone off the hook.
Exactly! Or if she said that it wasn’t just the vaccination, but that she had been discriminated against as a pilot because she was a woman (e.g. “I was always hearing under the breath comments about being unqualified, and that women belonged in the galley - not the cockpit”).

Why are all the Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons so silent on the issue? Why do they cull doctors who prescribe Ivermectin and HCQ? Drugs that ACTUAL WORK?

Seems any company, I guess, can do the same. Make some unreasonable demand on the workers - maybe something like telling them they need to get down to the proper weight for their age and height, and when they don’t, don’t fire them, just put them on leave, forever. That way you don’t have to pay unemployment or anything else.
