That is what I was thinking. Plus, wouldn’t it be much shorter work weeks for her?

Harris has never been a judge.

Not even remotely qualified.

Why would Kamala want to be on the Supreme Court (one of nine and expected to do some work) when she has better than even odds of becoming President before the end of the current Presidential term?

“A black woman…that rules out Michelle Obama.

Why? Because of the black or woman part of your comment? (-;”

Methinks he was referring to the penis. ;)

Please scrutinize them as much as the rats ‘micro-scoped’ Trump’s picks.

Will someone also shine a light on rat corruption and bust the whole thing wide open?

I went to an Ivy League law school. With one outstanding exception, the black female students did not impress me at all. (Nor did some of the white students, male and female).

Until Bork, it used to be that.

Bork is when the democrats changed the rules for Republican nominees. 35 years later and the Republicans are still playing by the old rules when it comes to democrat nominees.

Something about Bork that I like pointing out to liberals. After the democrats borked Bork, Reagan nominated Kennedy for the seat. Bork died in 2012, when Obama was President and the democrats controlled the Senate. If Bork had been on the Supreme Court then Obama could have replaced him with a far left-wing liberal who would be legislating from the bench for the next 30 or 40 years. Instead, Kennedy retired when Trump was President and the Republicans controlled the Senate, so Trump was able to fill the seat with Kavanaugh.

Combine that with the fact that Ginsburg refuse to retire while Obama was President, thinking that President Hillary would replace her with a good far left-wing liberal, and then had the gall not to live long enough for Biden to replace her. But for Bork and Ginsburg, the liberals would now have a majority on the Supreme Court.

So Hitlery can be appointed as VP, bypassing Pelosi, and become POTUS when Biden is either removed by the 25th Amendment, or voluntarily leaves due to “health reasons”. LOL.

Kavanaugh may turn out to be a clone of Roberts. But that is far preferable to a far left-wing leftist.

Hillary Rodham Clinton is waiting for the CALL.

Thankfully, there is no chance that Hillary is going to get a call.

She is too old for a Supreme Court nomination. The liberals all want a young far left-wing liberal who can legislate from the bench for the next 30 or 40 years.

Biden won't nominate Kamala for the Court and replace her with Hillary because it would be suicide. I mean that literally. Biden would be suicided shortly after Hillary became VP.

Plus there is the fact that the Bidens reportedly hate the Clintons, especially Hillary.

I agree.
No way is the Chicago Mob putting a member of the Clinton Crime Family as VP.

Yep. I would rather have a moderate Justice that votes correctly most of the time than a far left-wing Justice who votes wrong all of the time. Of course, I would much prefer nine Justice Thomases and Scalias, but Democrats do a much better job at picking ideologically pure left-wing liberal Justices who consistently vote the liberal line than Republicans do picking conservative Justices.
