No. She’d actually have to do a one work. She likes her life of luxury that she never earned.

quote from judge Biden most likely to nominate: Kentaji Brown Jackson

“Stated simply, the primary takeaway from the past 250 years of recorded American history is that Presidents are not kings,”

Someone who believes that, might have voted against the Biden mandates!

Again, it’s hard to go further left than Bryer, and odds are we will get someone more conservative on “some” issues

CTH predicted what would happen, and it’s not what we suggested.

Interesting announcement a day after Pelosi announced she will be running again and isn’t stepping down like we had heard.

She could hire some communist lawyers as clerks to do the actual work.

Next future SCJ ...wait for it....A BLACK MUSLIM WOMAN! For sure we would be royally screwed! You know the Republicans would Confirmed her in a heartbeat because our leaders are feckless spineless and have NO fire in their belly! I’m wondering if they’ll do the same thing they did to all three of Trump‘s Supreme Court justices nominees. I doubt it they’re a bunch of effing cowards! They need to carry this for a long long time until the 2022 midterm elections. Just keep declining every candidate until November. The rats are notorious for this! Delay delay delay make it hell for them.

Maybe they will try Kommie-la.

I bet that's the plan! Then Hillary would fit in nicely into the VEEP position. Then Brandon gets chucked as senile before November. Then Hillary picks Chelsie as VEEP. 2024 will be DJT (w/DiSantis) against HRC (w/Chelsie) as contenders.

Never underestimate the Clinton machine!

Pragmatic? He is a hard headed leftist jurist. No other way to state it. I can’t think of a time when he joined on a Conservative issue.

Almost like they were worried about midterms LOL. That being said, the Democrats should know they can count on the Senate Republicrats to help them install their extreme leftist liberal justices. Too bad the GOP is lost with their current leadership. Compromise on everything instead of making a stand. Spineless politicians. They should be completely about stalling liberal agenda until the midterms. After that, ditch the current leadership and find a true conservative to help develop an agenda. The Turtle was phenomenal on helping Trump fill the vacant judges. Too bad he stinks at trying to preserve freedom and our conservative values.

The replacement appointment hearings will be so much fun to watch. Note to self, store up on popcorn and beer.

You have to wonder if the Dem’s will try to run this through now, prior to the November election or if they want to make it a Nov 2022 House and Senate election issue. Either way it will be Democratic progressive against “moderate” (in the old days were would have said left wing extremist) Democrat in how radical the replacement appointee will be.

The litmus tests alone should be a hoot. Which protected oppressed people shall the appointee represent? What kind of religious or non-religious views should they hold? What kind of behavior did they have while in high school or college? What were their past decisions? Will they tow the line on court decisions that the woke demand?

Don't forget to stock up on butter and coconut oil for the popcorn.
