Ten Oath Keepers, including leader Stewart Rhodes, pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to new charges, including seditious conspiracy, related to the January 6, 2021, attack at the US Capitol.
Another defendant, Edward Vallejo, was not present at the hearing and did not enter a formal plea.
The Justice Department unveiled the indictment against the 11 Oath Keepers charged with sedition in early January, though most had faced other charges already.
The indictment alleges that the far-right group recruited members, stocked up on weapons and organized to disrupt Congress' certification of the 2020 election and keep then-President Donald Trump in power.
The members charged with seditious conspiracy -- Stewart Rhodes, Kelly Meggs, Kenneth Harrelson, Jessica Watkins, Joshua James, Roberto Minuta, Joseph Hackett, David Moerschel, Brian Ulrich, Thomas Caldwell and Vallejo -- are tentatively set to go to trial in July. Prosecutors revealed during the hearing that there are "ongoing discussions" with defense lawyers about whether the seditious conspiracy charges would lead to potential plea deals.

With the pre-trial publicity this has been given, a D.C. Jury knows exactly what is expected by the Democrat masters.
It’s only so they can slap a gag order on them.
Are these guys being “iced” by the FBI/DoJ? By indicting them, they are now off the table and can stay silent. Sedition charges can now be stated to have been filed. But if these guys are really agent provocateurs, the cases can be left to dangle until 2024 without going to trial and then quietly dropped once it doesn’t matter? Just asking because I don’t know
But, a hint will be if Rhodes gets bail unlike everyone else. Read that a judge has postponed the decision for 1-2 days - guess the judge is awaiting instructions from the Administrative State.
To me the hint that he maybe a Fed is if he is Epstein’d in jail.

Guess you missed the security cam photos of the Oath Keepers bringing in footlockers of guns into their hotel rooms and texting Rhodes they were ready if needed and the arrest of the guy across the Potomac with his boat full of guns texting Rhodes he was ready and the other guy with a pickup truck full of guns.
This was the wrong place and wrong time to start this.

However....the purpose of the guns was not to use on Congress, but to potentially fight off an Antifa mass casualty event. There is no evidence that the Oath Keepers sought to enter the Capitol or stop the EC voting. NONE.
In the end, all of these defendants will realize that they loved Big Brother all along.

No it wasn’t.
The text messages between Rhodes and the fellow Oathkeepers never mentioned Antifa but against gov’t forces if things got hairy inside the Capital.
