“Impeach the senile basetard, and all the others.”

- Must start with the House. Requires 2/3 of Senate.
- Would end up with Heels-Up Harris.

“Investigate and IMPRISON the traitors.”

- Senate cannot imprison anyone. All they can do is make referrals to the FBI. This would obviously go nowhere.

With the rival party in control of the Executive branch, the real power of the Senate is to impede bad bills and nominations.

Republicant’s suck sh!t. I don’t care anymore... They are already trying to get Biden to drop the tariffs on imports. My God can’t they wait until after the win in the fall to stab us in the back?

Only electing pro-Trump Republicans and removing McConnell as the Republican leader in the Senate will change things.

I hate to say it but I think McConnell is actually right here. Make the entire 2022 midterm elections all about a report card on Biden and the Democrats. Don’t give the media or the Democrats anything to fire at on the Republican side. I get why some people are frustrated but there’s actually something pretty smart about what McConnell is doing here and I hate defending the guy in any way shape or form. I just want to caution against us all knee-jerk reacting and instead looking at what the midterm elections really need to be; a complete referendum on Biden, the Democrats and their failed socialist-communist plans for America.

Nothing is going to change if we just keep sending back the same old tired Republicans. We need a complete transfusion.

The GOP never (since the 1920’s) has done anything that protects or resurrects our formerly Constitutionally guaranteed freedoms & liberties...

They never will in the future, since there are, virtually, no freedoms & liberties left to defend or resurrect...

The country has (as Ronald Reagan succinctly warned) about a thousand years of the darkest tyranny to endure...

Through the government schools, the communists have molded the last couple of generations into budding communists or communist supporters...

At least 40 million of the MIVs will vote, illegally, in the 2024 elections...

The ballot box is no longer a viable option...
The tree awaits...

Just can’t trust the source because Megan McCain’s husband runs the site. But that’s just me.

Winning back the House and Senate does nothing with Biden still there.

If they do nothing, absolutely correct, BUT there's the 25th Amendment in the mix...

Nothing is going to change if we just keep sending back the same old tired Republicans. We need a complete transfusion.

You're exactly correct and I'd never argue against that point.

All I'm saying is, there's a certain wisdom with making the 2022 elections a referendum on the "Biden Agenda" and the Democrats.

Put the focus squarely on them, don't do anything stupid that would shift the focus back to the Republicans.

As you rightfully state, sending back the same RINO's accomplishes nothing. We should be quietly working to primary their asses out of office in seats where they're vulnerable and begin the war of attrition. We're not going to change the number of RINO's overnight, but we can damn' sure get started while keeping the overarching goal of keeping the spotlight focused on Biden & the Dems.

Sadly if we had 60+ votes they wouldn’t do anything with it. The GOP is the weak sister of the Uniparty.

Especially if it’s Trump as president.

“But!” the immediate retort from Very Smart People goes, Biden will veto whatever Republican majorities may send to him. So this entire exercise is pointless. Instead, House congressmen are suggesting they should work with Biden on immigration — as if Biden would support any legislation that doesn’t contain massive amnesty. Or find ways to cooperate on other goals, as Sen. Lisa Murkowski recently pondered, like “making Social Security more sustainable.”

It’s true, the Biden White House will likely veto anything that comes out of a Republican-controlled Congress. To that, I say, good! Let Biden veto whatever he wants. The voters will be much better served by forcing clarification on the major issues plaguing millions of Americans around the country than some half-baked compromise on Social Security that robs future Peter to pay present Paul, inevitably shields the Boomers from sacrifice, and ultimately changes nothing.

I've been saying this for decades, most recently two weeks ago:

The Republicans don't have it in them to retaliate. Clinton's impeachment was an anomaly.

Democrats can impeach President Trump twice, knowing that the Senate will never convict him, because they want the optics of it.

Republicans will look at the Senate and say it's no use, so they won't even try. For Republicans, the optics is one of weakness and fecklessness.
