My point was really the order of operations.
It seems to me that a vaccine is Step 2.
You need a step 1 first and that would be the existence of a Virus. Once you have that, then you create the necessary vaccine and sell that for billions.
But a “vaccine arms race” cannot exist in a vacuum. That's a Step2 without a Step 1.
The bio-weapons lab had to create the Virus first. That's their Step 1 on the way to making billions of dollars.
I think the article is emphasizing vaccine development and glossing over the necessary fact that this guys built the Virus.

Well, I can see where you may have missed the facts that these vaccines were being developed long before there was a need for them. You are thinking like an honest person, so I understand why you might not be aware of those facts.
Step 1 was actually to work, using gain-of-function, to develop a virus that would infect a lot of people due to the rapid spreading capability of an engineered virus. Since you know what the gain-of-function goal is, you can start immediately to developing "vaccines". But what if there was a secondary goal that was always a part of the gain-of-function research? That goal being to depopulate vast numbers of people in the world to make for a more sustainable population for purported limited resources? After all, are the populations of the world getting fed up, and waking up as well, that wars being used to do that very goal of depopulation? Hasn't Bill Gates been saying this very same thing for years now with vaccines? You may ask; How are improved vaccines going to reduce population? Could it be because the vaccine goals were not to be like traditional vaccines that save people by neutralizing a virus?
So, developing the virus was the first step. It would kill off a portion of those they desired to eliminate, and the vaccines would kill of another portion. Perhaps the world might then descend into total chaos and wars would break out all over.
Well, I have loosely and quickly laid it out, mainly because I do not have a lot of time at the present, but hopefully you get the general idea. I'll even admit that this is purely speculation based upon what I have seen with this whole plandemic. I have not even begun to state all of the incidences that have taken place leading up to the plandemic.
Those who would have China bear the blame alone ignore the links to the NIH/CDC and EcoHealth Alliance's network (leading to Wuhan) and those who would have the US become liable ignore all the other players in Europe and China. This is been fleshed out into a grouping of greedy, power-hungry narcissists across the world.
One notes, in the aftermath of WWII, the "doctors' trials" dealt with the "medical" side of the horrors then. Such need occur again.

The article is incorrect. Dr. Anthony Fauci was the top guy at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) at that time and was NOT the chief advisor to the president.

Exactly, if they were interested in “neutralizing” it or stopping the spread they would have been using HCQ or ivermectin. After all, when virus REPLICATION is stopped so is the spread.
