No doubt Biden’s press will build this up as Biden the hero for standing Russia down....but the same press has to have a hyped up threat first.

Could be Biden’s going to make a move in Ukraine as he continues to threaten to send more troops and arms to Ukraine....... What if the push is the US/NAto positioning to take over Ukraine under a false flag of war... and all Putins military movements are defensive?

I agree with you both. When food and gas prices are going up foreign policy is not relevant to voters. As for COVID, do not expect a victory dance in time to save the RATS in November. I do not see Blue State governments voluntarily giving up all the power they have amassed through COVID restrictions.

Red and some Purple States have been open for months if not the last year. COVID is not the issue, it's the economy Brandon. After all the damage wrought by COVID lock down BS and mandates, I suspect we will see Purple States go Red and possibly some Blue States go Purple with a GOP Governor or State Houses. The real battles this year are going to be local. We need to put more reliable conservatives in Secretary of State and AG positions. After 2020, we know how vital those positions are. The House should easily go Red in large part because of redistricting. I suspect the Senate will end up 52 to 48 GOP.

But as you said the GOPe is very skilled at snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

Hmm. Biden desperately needs a “win”. Also, The Biden administration has been rather Russian friendly with regard to sanctions, as opposed to the previous republican administration. Then take Biden’s strange remarks about Ukraine in the recent press conference. Is it possible that Biden and Putin have something already worked out?
