When I was in the military/industrial complex diversity and inclusion along with a host of other Lefty trash was in our contracts. The companies loved it because it added to the cost and profit was a percentage of cost.
I can attest to the effects of this. I interviewed for a job. The process went on for three months and fifteen interviews. I was told that I was a finalist and the hiring manager would make a decision within a day. I didn’t hear a thing for a month.
Unbeknownst to them, I had a contact on the inside who was feeding me the inside baseball. It turns out the hiring manager was under pressure to make a more “diverse” hire. In the end, that is exactly what happened. Three months of wasted time.
I always try to shoot down the “diversity is our strength” nonsense by saying that if diversity makes us stronger then more diversity must make us even stronger still, right? And if that’s true, then maximum diversity must make us incredibly strong and effective. To which I say that therefore if we had maximum diversity, in which every individual on Earth spoke and understood exclusively their own unique personal language then we would have maximum “strength” and effectiveness, correct? At that point, I explain (because you have to explain even the obvious to brainwashed leftists) that on the contrary, maximum diversity would doom us all to failure because no one would be able to communicate with anyone else. Therefore, “diversity” CANNOT automatically be a good thing.
The USA stopped being a sovereign republic the day Obama took power. America is now a Balkanized empire, not a country.
The barbarian hordes have been allowed to invade and take over.

Not much a person can do when employed at one of these companies. Push back and you’ll find yourself in the soup line. They know it.
Working for one of the largest IT hardware corps, you just roll your eyes, belly ache a bit and just go back to work.
Diversity/inclusiveness training modules periodically. Just sit through them, laugh and move on.

One by one our major institutions have fallen to the Marxists in bloodless takeovers. Their plan is working, and I’ve not seen anyone come up with a good way to stop or even slow it.

Yes this is taking over in corporate America - ESG (environmental, social, governance) for corporations used to largely be lip service except some governance items but the last 2-2.5 years this has gone into overdrive and DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) is being added. It’s madness but I just smile, go on my business, and do my best to act in a normal manner and help steer the company in the best way possible for success, not liberal word salads. I’m ~3 years from retiring at 43 and one of the reasons I started investing and saving so heavily 10 years ago was I could see the writing on the wall for white males.
We must not look for one person to get us out of this we the people need to rise up and fix this.

Conservatives need to push back on these programs and call them out for what they are.
Diversity goals are based on two false premises: 1. That differnt self defined groups, have different uniform views of the world than than the average population , and 2. These diverse views need to be represented in business decisions for better results. Both are false.
Executives bonuses are now often based on reaching diversity goals. Ny son who works as the corporate IT head of a large food company cannot count as minorites east asians and other orientals. He can only count blacks and hispanics, Those IT people do noytexist.
So, who got the job.?? A woman, a "person of color" or a faggot.?
The giant funds force selected weak D&I candidates into boards who are beholden to the funds so they control the companies.
Their agendas have nothing to do with stockholder returns.
So sports teams could reach a higher plateau if they had a good balance “of men, women, gays, trans, etc., and people from different cultures.”
hahaha - I appreciate your post. It is quite logical, “diversity” is subjective and has no end point. If you’re endlessly “inclusive” that has to be at the “exclusion” of somebody. We all know whom that “somebody” is.
Some companies are openly broadcasting whom that “somebody” is, along with pie charts on their goals of “including” these people to be less and less of their workforce.
