Last week Boris Johnson, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, walked into the British Parliament and made the most consequential statement by a political leader since the fall of the Berlin Wall.
This is what Johnson said in part, to the cheers of the assembled parliamentarians:
“Next week mandatory [vaccine] certification will end… We will end the compulsory use of Covid status certification in England… From now, the government is no longer asking people to work from home and people should now speak to their employers about arrangements for returning to the office… [T]he government will no longer mandate the wearing of face masks anywhere… we will trust the judgement of the British people and no longer criminalise anyone who chooses not to wear one [mask]… There will soon come a time when we can remove the legal requirement to self-isolate altogether - just as we don’t place legal obligations on people to isolate if they have flu… We will set out our long-term strategy for living with Covid-19, explaining how we hope and intend to protect our liberty and avoid restrictions in future by relying instead on medical advances…”
Astonishingly, Boris Johnson made this seminal declaration at the height of the flu season during which Britain has been posting record numbers of Covid cases.
Nevertheless, Boris Johnson decided to cancel the pandemic in England… just like that with a few words...
The specter of totalitarianism is, indeed, haunting the globe. From Austria to Canada to Australia a ruthless cabal of global elitists, oligarchs and technocrats seek to subjugate and exploit populations for their own purposes and enrichment. The people of the world must wake up and rise against it.
But for now, viva Boris. And long live freedom.

He’s as squishy as any Bush. Did he say, “read my lips”?
we hope and intend to protect our liberty and avoid restrictions in future by relying instead on medical advances…”
By his statement, since no one can snag their fingers and command medical advances to appear Boris is free to do the same thing the same way in another like scenario.
This isn't about freedom.
The UK's Deep State, like ours, is preparing to cut its scamdemic losses. That jig is up.
Can't wait to see what Deep State have planned next...
Meanwhile, the Deep State in the UK manages to plug along with the frog-boiling, bitty stuff type crap...
New Highway Code rule will fine drivers £1,000 for opening door with wrong hand
If Deep States can't restrict your freedom of movement one way, they'll do it another.
Who needs lockdowns, eh?
Are we at war with the English again ???
Is this a pandemic of the British ???
Ask Joe ...
Boris Johnson has been all over the map on how to govern Great Britain, alternating between Oliver Cromwell, Guy Fawkes, and Winston Churchill. Will the real Boris Johnson finally stand up?
Boris is in political trouble and is trying to save his own ass.
That wrong hand thingy is discrimination against left handers ...
Note to the UK: Put up with this **** at your peril.
See the big picture.
Deep States don’t like people having freedom of movement.
If despots can’t restrict your ability to move freely one way, say scamdemics, they’ll find another.
Say making car ownership and driving too expensive, dangerous, and just fricking unpleasant.
And clearly the UK’s Deep State excels at it.
The real Boris has stood up.
Or stood down rather.
To the UK’s Deep State.
FBJ.
This would appear to be a combination of politics to dodge the recent scandal, and more significant, an acceptance of the futility of measures to stop the omicron death count rising in the UK.
Deaths this past week were 10X higher than the months immediately pre Delta/pre omicron. This action clearly has nothing to do with any indication Covid deaths have ended.
CoupFlu has NEVER been about public health.
Anywhere on the bloody planet.
BTW, the UK’s Deep State hasn’t totally given up on the scamdemic.
Refusenik NHS employees are still under the gun.
Note to refuseniks: If there’s an issue with nosocomial spread inside the NHS, start blowing the whistle. What have you got left to lose?
“ Boris has probably saved his Prime Minister-ship with this one brave act…”
********************************************************
I agree that it saved his position. But it was NOT brave. He clearly sensed that the British people were approaching the pitchfork and torches stage of anger.
It doesn't.
It's political bravery. Not the normal bravery one sees from normal people.
Boris is a limey potato with bad hair.
It doesn’t?
Tell that to your enemedia.
