President Biden and Vice President Harris released a statement Saturday commemorating the 49th anniversary of the landmark Supreme Court decision Roe v. Wade, which gave women the constitutional right to abortion.

The Biden-Harris administration said that the decision is under attack like “never before” amid several states' attempts to pass restrictions on the practice.

They claim it’s their body. So it’s pointed out it’s not, it’s a baby. Another person. So then they claim that the ‘baby’ is not human yet. They are as blind and unfeeling and really evil as can be.

Biden’s keepers blatantly ignore that, in stark contrast to the rights that the early states famously expressly protected with the Bill of Rights (BoR), it remains that the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect the Democratic politically correct “right” to murder unborn children.

This is why elite, alleged election stealing, self-deceiving, post-17th Amendment (17A) ratification Senate Democrats must fight tooth and nail to try to maintain a Constitution-ignoring, pro-abortion activist justice majority on the Supreme Court in order to keep the phony “constitutional,” career Democratic vote-winning “right” to murder unborn children alive.

The bottom line is that what really needs to be “aborted” is 17A. The 16th Amendment needs to disappear too.

"The bottom line is that what really needs to be “aborted” is 17A. The 16th Amendment needs to disappear too."

This basically comes down to the question of do we wish and have the will to continue as a self aware species.

“...Supreme Court decision Roe v. Wade, which gave women the constitutional right to abortion.”

I thought our rights come from God (or nature for those do not believe in Him), not the government or the Supreme Court.

Says the ‘Good Catholic’.

Yes.

All of us know it takes courage at various times in our lives to face up to something difficult and say it or do it.

The cowardice shown by the half of the Catholics who won't stand up to Biden and Pelosi is despicable.

They know right from wrong. They figure they'll be likable and popular and get more money in the donations accounts if they back off from the powerful evildoers.

Biden and Pelosi are actively enabling, promoting and making all of us pay for abortions, which kill babies. The old "all of us are in an overall, indirect situation in which we might pay taxes for pilots who might someday be in a war and a bomb falls on innocent people by mistake" is not applicable. This is pushing and legislating abortions.

I heard on Catholic commentator give the weak excuse that Biden and Pelosi did not physically work beside an abortionist as he took out the baby so they have not committed a mortal sin." Incredible!

Next time they let Biden and Pelosi off the hook and say, in effect, "Uh, well, uh, it would, it would take some----courage----to risk offending the Democrats so we're chickening out." I hope someone will disagree with their cowardice in action.

JOE BIDEN is as twisted as Harry Blackmun was. Roe vs Wade is totally unConstitutional. The 14th Amendment cannot negate the 10th Amendment which was part of the original Bill of Rights which makes it part of the original Constitution without an amendment doing away with the 10th Amendment. No place in the Constitution is regulation of abortion addressed. Therefore, regulation of abortion fully belongs to the states. The Constitution is the law of the land. You cannot make it up as you go Joe. The Roe vs Wade issue is finally being rectified. Too bad Harry Blackmun is not here to see it.

Biden says Roe v. Wade under attack like 'never before'

It's always been under attack. As well it should have been.

A supreme court decision is not a law.

Let congress pass it as law, but I doubt that congress would do it. which is why the supreme court decision ha been accepted for so many years. Congress would not pass such a law. A supreme court decision is the equivalent of an edict, and an unlawful one at that. The supreme court in 1973 performed an unconstitutional act with Roe v Wade.
