Full Title:
Less than 48 hours after 100 people cleaned up a North Philly corner, trash was dumped there again. We need action.
Aside from carjackings, murder and mayhem , illegal dumping has become a sport in blue cities.

Install cameras and signs. When trash appears, review cameras. Get plate numbers or descriptions. Prosecute.
There are probably cameras everywhere already.
Probably don’t want to do that, but the choice is to whine about it for them.

I never heard that. I always learn something new here.
Since Alice’s Restaurant I thought the intrepid cops could identify the culprits using clues from the trash.
Maybe some food delivery clamshell still has the delivery slip stuck to the bag or one type of cigars used for blunts every day by a guy down the street and store people remember him.
