Call a judge an Obama judge and you're an awful person.
Call a judge a Trump judge and instantly the ruling is suspect.
They never have headlines talking about Obama judges

Just heard on news that the DOJ is going to appeal this case. Why in the world would you now challenge this if 98% of federal workers are vaccinated? Why spend the money to get the last 2%?
This ruling gets in the way of the great purge.

Of course they will. This is will be yet another case that will end up before the SC, just like the case in FL will end up there as well.

It was such an amazing coincidence that so many Trump cases ended up in front of “obama” judges at the district and appellate court levels, I mean all the cases that come up at those courts are honestly assigned simply by chance. I read an article some months back (5 or 6) that claimed “obama” judges get overturned 85% of the time when their rulings are appealed and are heard by the higher courts. Any judge that gets overturned 85% of the time should be impeached and thrown off the bench.
To destroy the control group in the largrst medical experiment in history? To boot-stomp the human face forever, as Orwell put it?
Or if they win the appeal ... do it again in the Fall with the Zeta variant.
Is Fed worker mandate the same one that has been applied to Fed contractors?
