The usual Chicken Little stuff. This call negates the call if it goes outside the boundaries of the call. Since this part of the Constitution has not been used in over two Centuries it will be a HUGE news item. Hard to get away with violations of the terms when everyone is watching. The states still have to ratify anything just like amendments proposed by Congress. Why are not the Chicken Littles running around in terror over this similar power that Congress already has and has used?
That idea of George Norris, “Progressive”, was so great that not one other state tried it. Those Bug Eaters were sold a bill of goods.
