I won't make this a bold prediction, but I'm just wondering if the press is starting to get a little tired of having to pass up all the bad news that is happening in the country in order to prop up Biden's presidency.

When Trump was president, it's like the press was primed for battle every day and they brought it day in day out. They've been sidelined now for a year, with only the January 6 stuff to harp about. Even the Voting Rights stuff is basically being blocked by a couple Democrats, so they have to tread a little lightly.

Sooner or later, you would think that they have to be getting antsy for some back and forth. On the other hand, they could be so fearful of the mid-terms that they will toss the easiest softballs possible.
