As well as all the Hunter Biden and Biden crime, Inc. bag men with the cash. Seriously. Chi-Com agents can come and go without so much as a photo— the Secret Service keeping away any camera angles. Note the very few if ANY photos of JoeBama except strolling on Rehoboth Beach with the new biting dog, and Jill.
The real reason is his dementia, but conveniently— the PAYMENT bag carriers, plural. And some of them are his brothers/kin. Also keeps all the dirty family laundry undiscussed (no press gaggle) and allowed to continue dirty.
Even when he was at the White House he wasn’t there.
Another potential “add on” reason. Some FReepers may recall that VP JoeBama Biden did this same routine back and forth to Delaware.... and demanded the Secret Service protecting him at his property there PAY RENT for the use of his guest house(s)!
Outrageous and like everything else about this a@@hole he is always skimming people. A reasonable enquiry of FOIA would determine if the Secret Service is paying rent now to Biden, for guarding him... as “President”. Would not be surprised at all. And uh, for a time, Heels Up Harris was NOT living at the VP’s residence the US Naval Observatory home in D.C.— (wonder if she thought it was bugged!).
In hindsight, maybe that’s a good thing...

I would glad vote for him to be President of Delaware… just to get him out of the White House.

Well as I see it this is a non-functioning President in alll respects. Cameo appearances now and then on make shift stages and all. He’s just not there.
