Federal Employees Plan Rally In D.C. To Oppose Biden Vaccine Mandate

The mandate for federal employees hasn’t gotten the warm welcome Biden had hoped for.

Some federal employees have decided to fight back. On Thursday, a group called “Feds For Medical Freedom” announced they will be marching in protest of the Joe Biden’s vaccine mandates for federal employees. ..."

Years ago, I work as a GS-11 for about four yeas. My wife has worked for about 40 years as a research scientist for a federal agency. Early last year, in our naivety we got the vaccines. My wife voted for Trump. She doesn't discuss politics with coworkers, and, by and large, they don't discuss politics with her.

Cool, your wife is one of the less than 1 in 10 that voted for Trump. The federal government is for all intent entirely made up of leftist democrats many who would rate as flat out radical leftists. Here in fly over country we just call them communists.

This is the reality that we face folks. It’s completely irrational to expect government agencies so dominated by a single leftist ideology to treat all Americans equally. We need a complete overhaul of every part of our government, most of which needs to simply be shutdown for good.

President Trump tried to move the Bureau of Land Management to Grand Junction, Colorado but on September 17, 2021, Secretary Deb Haaland announced that the headquarters would be moved back to Washington, D.C.

That's just one example where President Trump tried to reduce the size of the swamp. At least he canceled the plans for the construction of new FBI headquarters. So that's a win in my book. They still have that crappy building in D.C. though (beautiful piece of Brutalist Architecture, I'm a huge fan, many people hate it but I think it's ugly and harsh so it's gorgeous in its own way).

No less than 95%. Bank on it. I'm not being sarcastic, it's a fact.

Hell it's more like 85% conservative just in my area. In the grand scheme of things in my location it's probably closer to 70% conservative.

Once you get outside of the DC region, your DoD flavor of government employee is a completely different animal.
