Several months ago China fired their head of agricultural statistics and immediately reported the highest harvest figures ever. Record high harvests!

Anyone can see that they lie, and were merely inflating their figures to suppress world commodity prices so they could buy contracts at bargain prices.

Sure enough, China bought up everything they could and now hold the highest reserves.
